Abstract [English]

People with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) face many obstacles in every aspect of their lives. In addition to examining the fundamental causes of ADHD, this research paper offers a comprehensive mobile application created to deal with these issues. Although there isn't a cure for ADHD, people with the condition can live much better thanks to management techniques.
This application provides a comprehensive approach that assists people in managing their daily lives by addressing the causes and difficulties associated with ADHD, encouraging selfimprovement, and building a strong support system. It is a big step in a desirable direction toward enhancing the overall well-being of people with ADHD and reducing the influence of the condition on day-to-day functioning.
