The merger between technology and art has practically transformed the accessibility and the availability of the creative experience in contemporary culture. The present paper examines how technological inventions have helped to increase access to visual and performing arts to a large population of viewers and performers including the physically challenged, sensory and cognitively challenged. This paper will explore the conceptual frames of inclusive creative experiences by exploring the principles of accessibility, universal design strategies and the intersection of artistic expression and emerging digital technologies. Special attention is paid to such assistive technologies as screen readers, audio description systems, captioning tools, tactile interfaces and adaptive performance technologies that enable more individuals to participate in artistic activity. In addition, the immersive technologies are discussed including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based creative tools due to a potential to provoke the sensory interactions and a tailored cultural experience. The paper also sheds some light on the significance of the digital platforms at hand such as the virtual museums, online exhibitions, social media storytelling, and interactive multimedia installations in making distant and participatory artistic experiences a possibility.
