Abstract [English]

Generally, the way we live our lives, we rarely get solitude. Even if we are alone, then many kinds of influences, experiences, knowledge, and memories, worries, struggles, and sorrows surround us from all sides. Due to these things, our mind becomes more and more dull, stupid and insensitive. It goes on living the same routine life every day. So, are we ever able to be alone in the true sense? Or are we always carrying the burden of the past with us? An attempt has been made to talk about these questions in this article, in which the main points taken are, calm mind, thoughtless state and expansion and dispersion, discipline, silence.

सामान्यतः जिस ढंग का जीवन हम बिताते हैं उसमें शायद ही कभी एकांत मिलता है। अगर कभी हम एकांत में होते भी हैं, तो अनेक तरह के प्रभाव, अनुभव, ज्ञान, तथा स्मृतियाँ, चिंताएँ, संघर्ष, और दुःख हमें चारों ओर से घेरे रहते हैं। इन्हीं चीजों के कारण हमारा मन अधिक-से-अधिक मंद, मूढ़ और असंवेदनशील हो जाता है। यह हर रोज एक ही ढर्रे के बँधे - बँधाये जीवन को जिये चला जाता है। तो क्या हम सही अर्थों में कभी एकाकी हो पाते हैं? या हम सदा अपने साथ बीते हुए कल के बोझ को ही ढोते चल रहे हैं ? बस इन्हीं सब प्रश्नों के बारे में इस लेख में बात करने का प्रयास किया गया है , जिसमें मुख्य बिन्दु लिया गया है, शांतमन , निर्विचार अवस्था एवं विस्तार और फैलाव, अनुशासन , मौन।
