THE EFFECT OF WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY IN THE BANKING SECTOR

The paper is research conducted on the correlation between work-life balance and organizational employee productivity in banking sector. The common impacts of the occupation of the banking employees include the prolonged work, immense targets, and work strains that might influence both the career and personal lives. This paper has placed the work-life balance within sight on the foundation of the results achieved and achieved by carrying out research to the organizational workforce in defining the degree to which the concept positively influences the productivity, job satisfaction and employee welfare. The findings demonstrate that a healthy work-life balance among employees increases their productivity and motivation at the work place.
