The art of learning and teaching is called teaching. To advance this art, the teacher or the in-charge teacher uses various means. They are called teaching skills. The famous psychologist of teaching skills, Vikram Shyam in his famous book and Chhabmatz have considered the number of teaching skills as 7. Teaching skills play a major role in the teaching-learning process. In the said research work, the effect of student teachers' presence in the class on their teaching skills has been studied. As a result of which it can be said that 'student teachers' presence in the class will have an effect on their teaching skills. The main reason for this is the availability of online teaching platform along with offline teaching for student teachers. Due to this reason, the effectiveness of presence in the class on the development of teaching skills in student teachers has increased.

सीखने और सीखाने की कला षिक्षण कहलाती है। इस कला कांे आगे बढ़ाने के लिए अध्यापक या प्रभारी अध्यापक के माध्यमांे का प्रयोग करते है। उन्हें षिक्षण कौषल कहा जाता है। षिक्षण कौशल के प्रसिद्ध मनोवैज्ञानिक वीकष्यामी ने अपनी प्रसिद्व पुस्तक में और छब्म्त्ज् ने षिक्षक कौषलों की संख्या 7 मानी है। षिक्षण अधिगम प्रक्रिया में षिक्षण कौषल की मुख्य भूमिका है। उक्त शोध कार्य में छात्राध्यापकों के कक्षा में उपस्थिति का उनके शिक्षण कौशल पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव का अध्ययन किया गया है। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप कहा जा सकता है कि ’’छात्राध्यापकों के कक्षा में उपस्थिति का उनके षिक्षण कौषल पर प्रभाव पाया जाएगा। जिसका मुख्य कारण छात्राध्यापकों के लिए आफलाईन षिक्षण के साथ-साथ आनलाईन षिक्षण प्लेटॅार्म की उपलब्धता है। इसी कारण छात्राध्यापकों में षिक्षण कौषल के विकास पर कक्षा-कक्ष में उपस्थिति की प्रभावषीलता बढ़ गयी है।
