Abstract [English]

Achieving a balance between personal and professional life is the need of the hour. Lots of problems are created when work interferes in personal life and personal life interferes in work. Work life balance can be achieved when employees have equal time to devote in personal and professional lives both. Employees must be able to enjoy both spheres of the life. For this purpose there is the need of work life balance. This research was undertaken to study the factors that influence work life balance of employees. It is a review based paper. The study found various personal, social and psychological, organizational and environmental factors responsible for work life imbalance of the employees
