In this amendment, a multi-dimensional study has been done on the mental, physical and social consequences of the 'Kurma' caste women existing in the tribal areas of Gadchiroli district. The tradition of isolating women from the society during menstruation creates serious problems for them like social isolation, health problems, mental stress and hindrances in terms of education and earning. This practice has an impact on everyone from young girls to old women. Or the study demonstrated that improvements are possible through social work interventions in the health, education and public awareness sectors. The revision process involved direct communication, interviews and field observations. According to the conclusion, to bring about a change in the practice, active participation of the local community is essential, well-equipped incinerators, health facilities and empowerment of women can be important measures. The main purpose of the amendment is not just to take an anti-caste role, but to change the perspective and provide a healthy, dignified and all-inclusive lifestyle to the tribal women.
