COMPARATIVE STUDY OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract [English]

Emotional intelligence is an important skill that helps individuals understand, manage and use their own and others' emotions. The study of emotional intelligence of students in schools is important from the point of view that it has a profound impact on their academic and social development. Emotional intelligence is extremely important for the overall development of students. It not only affects their academic performance, but also improves their social and mental health. Focusing on the development of emotional intelligence in schools can improve the overall well-being of students and prepare them to face various challenges in life. Findings from the research - No significant difference was found in the emotional intelligence of male and female students of secondary schools, No significant difference was found in the emotional intelligence of urban and rural students of secondary schools.

भावनात्मक बुद्धि एक महत्वपूर्ण कौशल है जो व्यक्तियों को अपनी और दूसरों की भावनाओं को समझने, प्रबंधित करने और उपयोग करने में मदद करता है। विद्यालयों में विद्यार्थियों की भावनात्मक बुद्धि का अध्ययन इस दृष्टिकोण से महत्वपूर्ण है कि यह उनके शैक्षिक और सामाजिक विकास पर गहरा प्रभाव डालता है। भावनात्मक बुद्धि विद्यार्थियों के समग्र विकास के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। यह न केवल उनके शैक्षिक प्रदर्शन को प्रभावित करता है, बल्कि उनके सामाजिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को भी सुधारता है। विद्यालयों में भावनात्मक बुद्धि के विकास पर ध्यान देने से विद्यार्थियों की समग्र भलाई में सुधार हो सकता है और उन्हें जीवन की विभिन्न चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए तैयार किया जा सकता है। शोध से प्राप्त निष्कर्ष - माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के छात्र एवं छात्राओं की भावनात्मक बुद्धि में सार्थक अन्तर नहीं पाया गया, माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के शहरी एवं ग्रामीण विद्यार्थिंयों की भावनात्मक बुद्धि में सार्थक अन्तर नहीं पाया गया।
