Abstract [English]

Values ​​are the capital of knowledge on which Indian culture is based. Values ​​are present in every choice, determination, decision and work of man. It is very essential for human existence. It is a code of conduct or inclusion of virtues by adopting which a person develops his personality and emerges as influential and trustworthy in the society. Values ​​include human perceptions, thoughts, beliefs, attitude and faith etc. Being valuable and valueless proves the usefulness and uselessness of every thing. The importance of values ​​is accepted in every situation. Man is a social animal. His values, his qualities, his good tendencies make him different from animals and birds. Just as a fish without water, a body without a platform and thoughts without language are meaningless, similarly life is meaningless without values. Value education teaches us the values ​​of life like justice, charity, kindness, sympathy, honesty, mutual goodwill etc.

मूल्य ज्ञान की वो पूँजी है जिसके आधार पर, भारतीय संस्कृति आधारित है। मूल्य मनुष्य के प्रत्येक चुनाव, निश्चय, निर्णय तथा कार्य में विद्यमान है। यह मानव अस्तित्व के लिए अति. आवश्यक है। यह एक ऐसी आचरण संहिता या सद्‌गुणों का समावेशन है जिसे अपनाकर व्यक्ति अपने व्यक्तित्व का विकास कर समाज में प्रभावशाली तथा विश्वसनीय बनकर उभरता है। मूल्य में मानव की धारणाएँ, विचार, विश्वास, मनोवृत्ति एवं आस्था आदि निहित होते है। मूल्यवान एवं मूल्यहीन होना ही प्रत्येक वस्तु की उपयोगिता एवं उपयोगहीनता को सिद्ध करता है। मूल्य के महत्व को प्रत्येक अवस्था में स्वीकार किया जाता है। मानव एक सामाजिक प्राणी है उसके मूल्य उनके गुण उसकी सत्‌प्रवृत्तियाँ ही उसे पशु-पक्षी से भिन्न बनाते है। जिस प्रकार जल के बिना मछली, आला के बिना सरीर व भाषा के बिना मनोगत भाव महत्वहीन है उसी प्रकार मूल्यों के बिना जीवन अर्थहीन है। मूल्य शिक्षा ही हमारे अंदर न्याय, परोपकार, दया, सहानुभूति, ईमानदारी, परस्पर सद्‌भाव इत्यादि जीवन के मूल्य सीखाते है।
