Nutrient deficiency in breastfeeding women is a serious problem, which not only affects the health of mothers but also has far-reaching effects on the development and health of their infants (0-12 months). This study analyses the nutritional status of breastfeeding women in Dhanbad district, their health and its impact on the health of infants. The research highlights the causes, effects and possible solutions of nutrient deficiency.

स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं में पोषक तत्वों की कमी एक गंभीर समस्या है, जो न केवल माताओं के स्वास्थ्य को प्रभावित करती है, बल्कि उनके शिशुओं (0-12 माह) के विकास और स्वास्थ्य पर भी दूरगामी प्रभाव डालती है। यह अध्ययन धनबाद जिले में स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं के पोषण स्तर, उनके स्वास्थ्य और शिशुओं के स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव का विश्लेषण करता है। शोध में पोषक तत्वों की कमी के कारणों, प्रभावों और संभावित समाधानों पर प्रकाश डाला गया है।
