A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF SHRIMADBHAGVATGITA PHILOSOPHY ON SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE AND PERSONAL VALUES OF STUDENTS

Srimad Bhagavad Gita is such a unique text of Indian philosophy, which not only defines religiosity, but also deeply affects the practical and spiritual aspects of life. The objective of this research is to do a comparative study of the impact of the philosophy of Srimad Bhagavad Gita on the spiritual intelligence and personal values of students. Two groups were selected under the study. The first group was involved in the regular study of the Gita and the second group followed only the general curriculum. After this, a comparative analysis of the moral and spiritual development of both the groups was done. The study found that the students who read the Gita developed more qualities like self-awareness, empathy, and morality. These students also showed significant improvement in stress management, decision-making ability, and positive attitude towards life. In contrast, this improvement was found to be relatively less in the students who did not study the Gita. This research proves that the study of Srimad Bhagavad Gita not only provides spiritual perspective to the students, but also strengthens their personal and social values.

श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता भारतीय दर्शन का ऐसा अनुपम ग्रंथ है, जो न केवल धार्मिकता को परिभाषित करता है, बल्कि जीवन के व्यावहारिक और आध्यात्मिक पहलुओं को भी गहराई से प्रभावित करता है। इस शोध का उद्देश्य श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता के दर्शन का विद्यार्थियों की आध्यात्मिक बुद्धि और व्यक्तिगत मूल्यों पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करना है। अध्ययन के अंतर्गत दो समूहों का चयन किया गया। पहला समूह गीता के नियमित अध्ययन में शामिल रहा और दूसरा समूह केवल सामान्य पाठ्यक्रम का अनुसरण करता रहा। इसके बाद दोनों समूहों के नैतिक और आध्यात्मिक विकास का तुलनात्मक विश्लेषण किया गया। अध्ययन में पाया गया कि गीता पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों में आत्म-जागरूकता, सहानुभूति, और नैतिकता जैसे गुण अधिक विकसित हुए। इन विद्यार्थियों ने तनाव प्रबंधन, निर्णय लेने की क्षमता, और जीवन के प्रति सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण में भी उल्लेखनीय सुधार दिखाया। इसके विपरीत, गीता का अध्ययन न करने वाले विद्यार्थियों में यह सुधार अपेक्षाकृत कम पाया गया। यह शोध यह साबित करता है कि श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता का अध्ययन विद्यार्थियों को न केवल आध्यात्मिक दृष्टिकोण प्रदान करता है, बल्कि उनके व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक मूल्यों को भी मजबूत करता है।
