Ramdhari Singh 'Dinkar' has reflected deeply on Indian culture and civilization in his poetry and prose. His work Sanskriti Ke Char Adhyay presents a comprehensive analysis of the cultural and civilizational structure of Indian society. Dinkar clarified the difference between culture and civilization and said that while civilization is a symbol of the material progress of society, culture strengthens moral, spiritual, and social values. He presented the tolerance and coordination of Indian culture as its greatest strength. In this research paper, the ideology on culture and civilization in Dinkar's literature has been analyzed. An attempt has been made to understand the balance between tradition and modernity, cultural renaissance, and the spirit of nationalism. This study shows that Dinkar's literature plays an important role in making the society culturally and morally aware. His ideas are relevant even today and can help in solving problems like cultural erosion, inequality, and communalism.

रामधारी सिंह 'दिनकर' ने अपने काव्य और गद्य में भारतीय संस्कृति और सभ्यता पर गहराई से विचार किया है। उनकी कृति संस्कृति के चार अध्याय भारतीय समाज की सांस्कृतिक और सभ्यतागत संरचना का एक व्यापक विश्लेषण प्रस्तुत करती है। दिनकर ने संस्कृति और सभ्यता के बीच के अंतर को स्पष्ट करते हुए यह बताया कि जहां सभ्यता समाज की भौतिक प्रगति का प्रतीक है, वहीं संस्कृति नैतिक, आध्यात्मिक, और सामाजिक मूल्यों को सुदृढ़ करती है। उन्होंने भारतीय संस्कृति की सहिष्णुता और समन्वय को उसकी सबसे बड़ी ताकत के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। इस शोधपत्र में दिनकर के साहित्य में संस्कृति और सभ्यता पर विचारधारा का विश्लेषण किया गया है। परंपरा और आधुनिकता के बीच संतुलन, सांस्कृतिक पुनर्जागरण, और राष्ट्रीयता की भावना को समझने का प्रयास किया गया है। यह अध्ययन दिखाता है कि दिनकर का साहित्य समाज को सांस्कृतिक और नैतिक दृष्टि से जागरूक करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। उनके विचार आज भी प्रासंगिक हैं और सांस्कृतिक क्षरण, असमानता, और सांप्रदायिकता जैसी समस्याओं के समाधान में सहायक हो सकते हैं।
