Abstract [English]

India has been the bearer of an ancient civilization, the foundation of which rests on moral values ​​and spiritual ideas. For centuries, this country has been known for its education system with high moral values, but in the last few decades, a rapid change has been observed in the educational sector and the lives of students in India, which is the result of the influence of western culture, modernization, globalization and technological advancement, due to which the moral values ​​of their lives are getting affected. Today in the 21st century, the traditional concepts of education are changing due to the increasing influence of high information technology. At present, the problem of disappearance of moral values ​​in the lives of students is becoming fully visible. The continuous decline in moral values ​​like humility, truthfulness, virtue, love, benevolence, discipline, tolerance and non-violence in the lives of students is a matter of concern. Therefore, it is very timely to do an in-depth study on this subject. To solve this problem and revive moral education, the Government of India has created the 'National Education Policy 2020', which is based on the Indian knowledge tradition and has imbibed Indian cultural values, beliefs, ideals and requirements in the field of education. 'National Education Policy 2020' is committed to improving all the weak aspects of modern education and restructuring moral education.

भारत एक प्राचीन सभ्यता का वाहक रहा है, जिसकी नींव नैतिक मूल्यों और आध्यात्मिक विचारों पर टिकी हुई है। सदियों से यह देश अपनी उच्च नैतिक मूल्यों से युक्त शिक्षा प्रणाली के लिए जाना जाता रहा है, परंतु पिछले कुछ दशकों में, भारत में शैक्षणिक क्षेत्र और विद्यार्थियों के जीवन में एक तीव्र परिवर्तन देखा गया है, जो पाश्चात्य संस्कृति, आधुनिकीकरण, वैश्वीकरण और तकनीकी प्रगति के प्रभाव का परिणाम है, जिनके कारण उनके जीवन के नैतिक मूल्य प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। आज 21 वीं शताब्दी में उच्च सूचना तकनीकी के बढ़ते प्रभाव के कारण शिक्षा की पारंपरिक अवधारणाएं परिवर्तित हो रही हैं। वर्तमान में विद्यार्थियों के जीवन में नैतिक मूल्यों के लोप की समस्या पूर्णतया दृष्टिगोचर हो रही है। विद्यार्थियों के जीवन में विनम्रता, सत्यनिष्ठा, सदाचार, प्रेम, परोपकार, अनुशासन, सहिष्णुता और अहिंसा जैसे नैतिक गुणों में निरंतर गिरावट एक चिंता का विषय है। अतः इस विषय पर गहन अध्ययन करना अत्यंत सामयिक है। इस समस्या के निराकरण तथा नैतिक शिक्षा के पुनरुत्थान हेतु भारत सरकार द्वारा ‘राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020‘ का निर्माण किया गया है, जो भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा पर आधारित है तथा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में भारतीय सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों, विश्वासों, आदर्शों और आवश्यकताओं को आत्मसात किए हुए है। ‘राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020‘ आधुनिक शिक्षा के सभी कमजोर पक्षों में सुधार एवं नैतिक शिक्षा के पुनर्गठन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
