VARIOUS DIMENSIONS OF POETRY IN BAGHELI LANGUAGE

Abstract [English]

The ancient language Sanskrit is called the mother of Hindi language. Hindi language developed in the sequence of Sanskrit - Pali-Prakrit - Apabhramsha - Hindi. Three dialects or sub-languages ​​come under Eastern Hindi - Awadhi, Bagheli, and Chhattisgarhi. Bagheli language is a major language of the Eastern Hindi division of Hindi language. The Bagheli language region is known as Baghelkhand. This region is mentioned since ancient times. In the Ramayana period, this land was known as Kaushal province or Mahakaushal. Around the 11th-12th century, Vyaghradev Baghel of the branch of Solanki Rajputs of Alhalwada Patan defeated the ruler here and laid the foundation of the Baghel dynasty, since then Baghelkhand was ruled by Baghel Rajputs till the merger of native states. This region came to be known as Baghelkhand after the name of Baghel dynasty and the language spoken in the region ruled by Baghel dynasty is known as 'Bagheli'. Initially, the literature of Bagheli language is available orally in the form of folk songs, folk tales, ritual songs, proverbs, idioms, stories, Mukriyas, tales etc. Being oral, it is natural for their form to change due to which we are not able to know the initial form of Bagheli dialect. The language spoken in Rewa, Sidhi, Satna, Shahdol region of the eastern division of Hindi language is called Bagheli language, whose eminent poets are - Saifuddin Siddiqui, Saifu ji, poet Sukhai Prasad Atal, Babulal Dahiya, Shambhu Kaku. Shri Nivas Shukla Saras who gave new dimensions to the Bagheli poetry tradition and provided a strong poetic tradition in which the social, political and cultural consciousness of the country and society is depicted. Bagheli poets have attacked the distortions in the society and the traditional inconsistencies of the society in their creations. The struggle for freedom from problems and evils like farmers, dowry system, unemployment, child marriage, population growth, rising inflation, drought, famine, environment etc. has been made a part of Bagheli language literature by more or less all the poets. Bagheli poets propagated the progressive social conditions of India, national consciousness and humanitarian outlook influenced by Indian tradition and expressed respect and reverence towards women. The literature of Bagheli language is rich in various genres and is not inferior to other regional dialects in any case.

आदि भाषा संस्कृत को हिंदी भाषा की जननी कहा जाता है. संस्कृत – पालि-प्राकृत -अपभ्रंश -हिंदी के अनुक्रम में हिंदी भाषा का विकास हुआ। पूर्वी हिंदी के अंतर्गत तीन बोलियां या उपभाषाएँ आती हैं – अवधी, बघेली, और छत्तीसगढ़ी। बघेली भाषा हिंदी भाषा के पूर्वी हिंदी प्रभाग की एक प्रमुख भाषा है। बघेली भाषा क्षेत्र को बघेलखंड के नाम से जाना जाता है। इस प्रदेश का उल्लेख प्राचीन समय से मिलता है। रामायण काल में इस भू-भाग को कौशल प्रांत या महाकौशल के नाम से जाना जाता था। 11वीं-12वीं शताब्दी के लगभग आल्हलवाड़ा पाटन के सोलंकी राजपूतों की शाखा के व्याघ्रदेव बघेल ने यहां के शासक को पराजित करके बघेल राजवंश की नींव डाली, तब से देशी राज्यों के विलीन होने तक बघेलखंड में बघेल राजपूतों द्वारा शासन किया जाता रहा है। बघेल वंश के नाम से इस भू-भाग को बघेलखंड के नाम से जाना जाने लगा तथा बघेल वंश द्वारा शासित भूभाग में बोली जाने वाली भाषा को ‘बघेली’ के नाम से जाना जाता है। प्रारम्भ में बघेली भाषा का साहित्य लोक गीतों, लोक कथाओं, संस्कार गीतों, लोकोक्तियों, मुहावरों, कहानियों, मुकरियों, किस्से आदि के रूप में मौखिक रूप में प्राप्त होता है। मौखिक होने के कारण उनके स्वरूप में परिवर्तन आना स्वाभाविक है जिससे हमें बघेली बोली के प्रारम्भिक स्वरूप का ज्ञान नहीं हो पाता है। हिन्दी भाषा के पूर्वी प्रभाग की रीवा, सीधी, सतना, शहडोल क्षेत्र में बोली जाने वाली भाषा को बघेली भाषा कहा जाता है, जिसके मूर्धन्य कवि - सैफुद्दीन सिद्दीकी,सैफू जी,कवि सुखई प्रसाद अटल,बाबूलाल दाहिया,शम्भू काकू, हैं। श्री निवास शुक्ल सरस जिन्होंने बघेली काव्य परंपरा को नए आयाम दिया व एक सुदृढ़ काव्य परंपरा प्रदान की जिसमें देश व समाज की सामाजिक, राजनीतिक और सांस्कृतिक चेतना चित्रित हुई है।बघेली कवियों ने समाज में पनपी विकृतियों और समाज की रूढ़िगत विसंगतियों पर प्रहार अपने रचनाओं में किया है। किसान, दहेज प्रथा, बेरोजगारी, बाल-विवाह, जनसंख्या वृद्धि, बढ़ती महंगाई, सूखा, अकाल, पर्यावरण आदि समस्याओं व बुराइयों से मुक्ति की छटपटाहट को बघेली भाषा साहित्य का अंग कमोबेश सभी कवियों नेरचना का विषय बनाया। बघेली कवियों ने भारतीय परंपरा से प्रभावित भारत की प्रगतिशील सामाजिक परिस्थितियों,राष्ट्रीय चेतना व मानवतावादी दृष्टिकोण को प्रसारित किया व नारी के प्रति श्रद्धा व सम्मान व्यक्त किया। बघेली भाषा का साहित्य विविध विधाओं में समृद्ध है और अन्य क्षेत्रीय बोलियों से किसी भी मामले में कमतर नहीं है।
