ROLE OF NATIONAL POLICIES IN DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES AMONG STUDENTS

Abstract [English]

In this article, constitutional values ​​have been described through the textbooks of school education and an attempt has been made to clarify that education is the carrier of constitutional values. To fulfill constitutional values, constitutional-value centered curriculum and lessons of textbooks are based. Creating a sense of coordination and brotherhood among citizens, protecting the dignity and freedom of the individual, as well as being aware of constitutional values ​​is possible only through education. Education teaches the nation and the individual to respect and honor the rights and needs of the deprived and the needy. In this way, constitutional values ​​are fulfilled by sitting in the boat of education. Fulfillment of constitutional values ​​binds a diverse nation together. The present article explains the role of various national education policies in developing constitutional values ​​in a student or future citizen. Also, it explains the development of constitutional values ​​through the lessons of school textbooks prepared on the basis of national education policies. The writers have tried to show various values ​​from the textbooks available in school education such as social justice and equality, faith and belief, national integrity, dignity of the individual etc. While highlighting various values ​​in the books, they have also tried to interpret the stories in the same context.

प्रस्तुत लेख में संवैधानिक मूल्यों को विद्यालयी शिक्षा की पाठ्यपुस्तकों के माध्यम से वर्णित किया है साथ ही यह स्पष्ट करने का प्रयास किया गया है कि शिक्षा ही संवैधानिक मूल्यों की वाहक है। संवैधानिक मूल्यों की पूर्ति हेतु‚ संवैधानिक−मूल्य केंद्रित पाठ्यक्रम और पाठ्यपुस्तकों के पाठ आधारित होते हैं। नागरिकों में समन्वय और बंधुत्व का भाव पैदा करना‚ व्यक्ति की गरिमा और स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा करना‚ साथ ही संवैधानिक मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूक होना शिक्षा के द्वारा ही संभव है। वंचितो और जरूरतमंदों के अधिकारों और जरूरतों का आदर व सम्मान करना‚ राष्ट्र व व्यक्ति को शिक्षा सिखाती है। इस तरह शिक्षा की नाव में बैठकर संवैधानिक मूल्यों की पूर्ति होती है। संवैधानिक मूल्यों की पूर्ति ही एक विविधता पूर्ण राष्ट्र को एक सूत्र में बांधे रखती है। वर्तमान लेख विद्यार्थी या भविष्य के नागरिक में संवैधानिक मूल्यों को विकसित करने में विभिन्न राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीतियों की भूमिका की व्याख्या करता है। साथ ही‚ राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीतियों के आधार पर तैयार की गई विद्यालयी पाठ्यपुस्तकों के पाठों द्वारा संवैधानिक मूल्यों को विकसित करने की व्याख्या करता है। विद्यालयी शिक्षा में उपलब्ध पाठ्यपुस्तकों से विभिन्न मूल्यों जैसे सामाजिक−न्याय व समानता‚ विश्वास व आस्था‚ राष्ट्रीय अखंडता‚ व्यक्ति की गरिमा आदि को लेखकों ने दर्शाने का प्रयास किया है। पुस्तकों में विभिन्न मूल्यों को उजागर करती हुई इसी संदर्भ में कहानियों की व्याख्या का भी प्रयास किया है।
