AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WORKING WOMEN IN INDIA

Abstract [English]

Sexual harassment is one of the major problems faced by our women in all walks of life at present. We are making every effort to overcome this abnormally growing problem. One of those problems is sexual harassment which adversely affects the economic and social growth of women. All women have been considered subservient to men since the beginning and hence they are socially considered to be men's helpers. Sexual harassment can happen under various schemes. Though sexual harassment has been a living reality right from the personal life, recently it has been considered as a serious and real issue of sexual harassment, as this harassment is done by colleagues and administrator. Sexual harassment results in violation of the fundamental rights of women to equality under Article 14 and 15 of the Indian Constitution and the right to live with dignity and dignity under Article 21 of the Constitution and the right to practice any profession or to perform any job, movement or work which engages the right to a safe and secure environment from sexual harassment. We have made proper reforms in the legislature, executive and judiciary, yet why women feel so much about sexual harassment, why acts, laws are not made to protect and safeguard their lives. The methodology adopted for the research is both theoretical and non-theoretical methods, legislations, acts, etc. The field of this study will be conducted with the help of working women in various working fields in India. The focus of this study was the current main step on sexual harassment of working women and this step started to fill the gap in the literature that came. The aim of the study is to begin filling in the gaps in the operating literature and take a step forward to basically implement the sexual harassment of working women. Whether this atrocity against women remains an adaptable issue.

वर्तमान समय में जीवन के सभी क्षेत्रों में हमारी महिलाओं के सामने आने वाली प्रमुख समस्याओं में से यौन उत्पीड़न एक समस्या है| हम असामान्य रूप से बढ़ती समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास कर रहे हैं |उन समस्याओं में से एक समस्या यौन उत्पीड़न की जो महिलाओं की वित्तीय और सामाजिक वृद्धि में प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालती है, सभी महिलाओं को शुरू से ही पुरुषों के अधीन समझा जाता रहा है और इसलिए उन्हें सामाजिक रूप से पुरुषों की सहायक माना जाता रहा है। यौन उत्पीड़न विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत हो सकता है यद्यपि यौन उत्पीड़न, व्यक्तिगत जीवन से ही एक जीवंत वास्तविकता रही है हाल ही में इसे यौन उत्पीड़न का गंभीर और वास्तविक मुद्दा माना गया है, क्योंकि यह उत्पीड़न सहकर्मियों और प्रशासक द्वारा किया जाता है यौन उत्पीड़न के परिणामस्वरूप भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14 और 15 के तहत महिलाओं के समानता के मौलिक अधिकारों और संविधान के अनुच्छेद 21 के तहत जीवन और गरिमा के साथ जीने के अधिकार और किसी भी पेशे का उपयोग करने या किसी भी नौकरी, आवागमन या काम का प्रदर्शन करने का अधिकार है जो यौन उत्पीड़न से सुरक्षित और असुरक्षित वातावरण के अधिकार को संलग्न करता है। हमने विधायिका, कार्यपालिका और न्यायपालिका में उचित सुधार किया है, फिर भी महिलाएं यौन उत्पीड़न के बारे में इतना क्यों सोचती हैं,कि उनके जीवन की रक्षा और सुरक्षा के लिए अधिनियम, कानून क्यों नहीं बनाए जाते हैं। शोध के लिए अपनाई गई पद्धति सैद्धांतिक और गैर-सैद्धांतिक दोनों तरह की विधियाँ हैं, विधान, अधिनियम, आदि। इस अध्ययन का क्षेत्र भारत में विभिन्न कार्य क्षेत्रों में काम काजी महिलाओं की सहायता से संचालित किया जाएगा इस अध्ययन का केंद्र कामकाजी महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीड़न पर वर्तमान मुख्य कदम था और इस कदम ने आई साहित्य में दरार को भरना शुरू कर दिया। अध्ययन का उद्देश्य ऑपरेटिंग साहित्य में अवैध को भरना शुरू करना और कामकाजी महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीड़न को लागू करने के लिए मूल रूप से एक कदम आगे बढ़ाना है। क्या महिलाओं के खिलाफ यह अत्याचार एक अनुकूलनीय मुद्दा बना हुआ है।.
