This research paper presents the development and evaluation of "Unfiltered Connect," a user-friendly web application designed to streamline event management processes in college settings. The aim was to create a centralized platform that allows stakeholders, including students and professors, to easily connect with college societies, view and register for upcoming events, access detailed reports of past events, and receive timely event updates. An initial review conducted with randomly selected college students and professors yielded overwhelmingly positive feedback [17]. Reviewers praised the web application's functionality and expressed their willingness to adopt it in their institutions. Key features appreciated by reviewers included the convenience of a unified platform for all event-related activities, such as event browsing and registration. Unfiltered Connect was developed using industry-standard front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring its longevity and future-proofing. The application outperforms its competitors by offering enhanced functionalities, including the ability to view past event highlights, register for events, and contact Core Members of specific societies via telephone for inquiries or concerns. The findings highlight the feasibility and effectiveness of Unfiltered Connect in meeting the needs of college stakeholders for efficient event management. The web application demonstrates its potential to revolutionize event-related processes by providing a comprehensive and user-friendly platform. The development team remains committed to addressing future requirements, ensuring ongoing improvements and relevance of Unfiltered Connect.
