Abstract [English]

This study aims to find out the impact of various factors like manager’s attitude, organizational culture, personal problems and job content and financial rewards on the employees’ performance in the various sectors. It will also highlight how these variables affect the performance either positive or negative. The aim of the present study is to find out the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable. The dependent variable is performance of employees and independent variables are manager’s attitude, organizational culture, personal problems and job content and financial rewards. This study is quantitative in nature and data is collected by questionnaire from 100 employees from various sectors of Sikkim.
