The construction industry's products play an essential role in economic growth, promote the development of science and technology, improve the material and spiritual life for people, affecting the cultural-artistic - architectural development and ecological environment. In particular, the field of infrastructure design and construction is even more indispensable in constructing the country. Today, the market mechanism requires businesses that want to survive and develop to find all measures to increase their competitiveness, conduct production and business with minimal cost, and ensure the work's quality.
