“Music has been continuously cherished by human society like the beating of its heart from the primordial stage to the advanced stage of today. As long as the vocal power is present in the human being, the tones of music will continue to increase his self-power. Music has always been prominently accepted in life and will continue to be accepted. Because music is human nature. This is the psychological value of music in human life, it is the importance and reason which makes life enjoyable by making the complexity of our life easy and simple.
‘‘संगीत को मानव समाज ने अपने हदय की धड़कन के समान आदिय अवस्था से आज की विकसित अवस्था तक निरन्तर अवछिन्न रूप से संजोया हैं। मानव मे जब तक स्वर शक्ति विद्यमान हैं, संगीत के स्वर उसका आत्म बल बढ़ाते रहेंगे। संगीत सदा जीवन में प्रमुखता से स्वीकार किया जाता रहा हैं और स्वीकार किया जाता रहेगा। क्योंकि संगीत मानव की प्रकृति है मानव का स्वभाव हैं। मानव जीवन में संगीत का यही मनोवैज्ञानिक मूल्य हैं महत्व हैं और कारण हैं जो हमारे जीवन की जटिलता को सहज सरल व सुग्राहा बनाकर जीवन को आनन्दमय बनाता है’’
