In today's knowledge-based society, institutional libraries are no longer merely traditional centers for information storage, but have emerged as active supporters of academic, research, and innovative activities. The role of libraries in higher education institutions has expanded beyond the collection, preservation, and dissemination of books to encompass information management, knowledge creation, and the development of user-centered services. In this evolving landscape, the effective management of institutional libraries has become crucial, as it directly impacts the teaching-learning process, the quality of research, and academic excellence.
