Abstract [English]

In the current digital age, the role of digital tools in the field of education has become extremely important. It is especially crucial for B.Ed. trainees enrolled in teacher training programs to have a positive attitude towards digital tools, as this directly impacts their future teaching practices and educational quality. The present study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the attitudes of rural and urban B.Ed. trainees towards the use of digital tools.
A descriptive survey method was employed for this study. The sample included B.Ed. trainees selected from both rural and urban areas. A self-developed attitude scale was used for data collection. The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings of the study revealed that urban B.Ed. trainees had a more positive attitude towards digital tools compared to their rural counterparts, although a generally positive attitude towards digital tools was observed in both groups.
