GLOBALIZATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION IN CONTEMPORARY HINDI POETRY

Abstract [English]

This paper analyses the impact of globalization and commercialization on contemporary Hindi poetry. The spread of global culture and the influence of market-based ideologies have led to both change and resistance in Hindi poetic expression. Some poets critically interpret themes such as consumerism, cultural erosion and capitalist exploitation, while other poets express the dilemmas of identity and intimacy in a globalized world. This study analyses the content, language and craft of selected poems of contemporary Hindi to understand how poets communicate at the juncture of local and global contexts. Poems by Manglesh Dabral, Rajesh Joshi and Anamika provide key insights into the changing poetic landscape in this era of globalization.

यह शोध पत्र समकालीन हिंदी कविता पर वैश्वीकरण और व्यावसायिकता के प्रभाव का विश्लेषण करता है। वैश्विक संस्कृति के प्रसार और बाजार आधारित विचारधाराओं के प्रभाव ने हिंदी काव्य-प्रकटीकरण में परिवर्तन और प्रतिरोधकृदोनों को जन्म दिया है। कुछ कवि उपभोक्तावाद, सांस्कृतिक क्षरण और पूंजीवादी शोषण जैसे विषयों की आलोचनात्मक व्याख्या करते हैं, जबकि अन्य कवि वैश्वीकृत संसार में पहचान और आत्मीयता की दुविधाओं को अभिव्यक्त करते हैं। यह अध्ययन समकालीन हिंदी की चयनित कविताओं की विषयवस्तु, भाषा और शिल्प का विश्लेषण करता है, ताकि यह समझा जा सके कि कवि स्थानीय और वैश्विक संदर्भों के संगम पर कैसे संवाद करते हैं। मंगलेश डबराल, राजेश जोशी और अनामिका की कविताएँ इस वैश्वीकरण के दौर में बदलते काव्य परिदृश्य की प्रमुख अंतर्दृष्टियाँ प्रदान करती हैं।
