A set of test bench for the air compressor was firstly established. Based on experiment, temperature of the heat sink of the air compressor and air temperature and pressure inside two tanks were obtained. By analyzing heat exchange process of air compressor, the thermal model of air compressor is constructed, including temperature increasing and decreasing process.
