The research was carried out on healthcare employees and convenience sampling method was used. 106 health employees participated in the first pilot, and 209 health employees participated in the second pilot. The research data were collected by survey method. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 25.0, IBM SPSS Amos 25.0 programs. As a result of the Explanatory Factor Analysis, it was determined that the scale consists of seven items and two factors. Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed in order to examine the model fit of the scale, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the scale was at a good level.
