These newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by</strong></em><br><em><strong>elemental analysis molecular weight measurements as well as spectral (IR, 1H NMR</strong></em><br><em><strong>13CNMR) studies. All the compounds show significant increase in liver glycogen level at 25</strong></em><br><em><strong>mg/kg dose levels, in- vivo &amp; these compounds were also screened for anti diabetic activity on</strong></em><br><em><strong>albino rats. Most of these compounds have shown significant antidiabetic activity at 25 mg/kg</strong></em><br><strong><em>dose levels.</em> </strong></p> ER -
