The issue of community rights of tribals in India is linked to social justice and the existence and identity of the original inhabitants of the society, which cannot be ignored from discussion today. Because today the need is to ensure the rights of those people and all those issues related to their identity and existence whose entire life is completely dependent on forests. Which has been continuously exploited since the British period under the concept of “metropolitan city” for the creation and development of a better civilization. For example, here I mean those judicial activities and political alliances in the context of tribal issues through which tribals are being given legal protection, but perhaps the judicial system is not that capable of deciding the scope of their rights under the claim of their rights. Then, in order to protect the industrial houses, the state snatches away the rights of the tribals by putting the government stamp of national interest and cooperative development on their lands.
