Abstract [English]

Education is a lifelong process through which a living being gradually changes its behavior. In the field of education, the teacher has been honored with the title of Jagadguru. Teacher, learner and curriculum are the three pillars of teaching, on which the building of the education system is situated. In the present research study paper, the effect of emotional intelligence and teacher effectiveness of teachers on the educational achievement of middle level students has been studied. If a teacher is using his time and resources effectively, then they are more likely to perform better in the class. The effectiveness of a teacher has a direct impact on the educational achievement of students.

शिक्षा जीवन भर चलने वाली प्रक्रिया है जिससे प्राणी अपने व्यवहार में उत्तरोत्तर परिवर्तन करता है। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में शिक्षक को जगदगुरु की उपाधि से विभूशित किया गया है। शिक्षक, शिक्षार्थी व पाठ्यक्रम में तीनों शिक्षण के स्तम्भ है, जिन पर शिक्षा व्यवस्था रूपी भवन अवस्थित है। प्रस्तुत शोध अध्ययन पत्र मिडिल स्तर के विद्यार्थियों की शैक्षिक उपलब्धि पर शिक्षको की संवेगात्मक बुद्धि तथा शिक्षक प्रभावोत्दकता के प्रभाव का अध्ययन किया गया है। यदि कोई शिक्षक अपने समय और संसाधनों का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग कर रहा है तो वे कक्षा में बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने की अधिक संभावना रखते है। एक शिक्षक की प्रभावशीलता का सीधा प्रभाव विद्यार्थियों की शैक्षिक उपलब्धि पर पड़ता है।
