Abstract [English]

The objective of this study was to study the awareness of secondary level teachers towards disaster management and relief programs. Survey method has been used in this study. 200 teachers studying in government schools of Jaipur district have been selected for the sample. In the presented research study, self-made disaster management awareness scale and disaster relief program awareness scale have been used. The data has been analyzed through mean, standard deviation and t-test. In the conclusion of the study, it was found that there is no significant difference in the awareness of secondary level female and male teachers towards disaster management and relief programs.

इस अध्ययन का उद्देश्य माध्यमिक स्तर के शिक्षकों की आपदा प्रबन्धन एवं सहायता कार्यक्रमों के प्रति चेतना का अध्ययन करना था। इस अध्ययन में सर्वेक्षण विधि का प्रयोग किया गया है। जयपुर जिले के राजकीय विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत् 200 शिक्षकों का चयन न्यादर्श हेतु किया गया है। प्रस्तुत शोध अध्ययन में स्वनिर्मित आपदा प्रबन्धन चेतना मापनी एवं आपदा सहायता कार्यक्रम चेतना मापनी का प्रयोग किया गया है। प्रदत्तों का विष्लेषण मध्यमान, मानक विचलन एवं टी-परीक्षण के माध्यम से किया गया है। अध्ययन के निष्कर्ष में यह पाया कि माध्यमिक स्तर के महिला एवं पुरूष शिक्षकों की आपदा प्रबन्धन एवं सहायता कार्यक्रमों के प्रति चेतना में सार्थक अंतर नहीं है।
